  • I believe healing happens in spaces where we are able to be open to the full spectrum of our experience. My work is grounded in presence, relationship, and a deep respect for each person’s capacity to heal.

As a psychotherapist, I offer a space that is calm, grounded, and deeply present — a space where you can feel, reflect, and reconnect with yourself.

My relationships with clients are genuine. More than any particular modality, I value the human relationship itself and the possibility of being deeply seen.

I am comfortable meeting people in places that often feel difficult to bring into view — grief, longing, fear, uncertainty, shame, tenderness, and love. Together, we create space for greater understanding, healing, and self-trust.

My approach draws from psychodynamic psychotherapy, attachment theory, EMDR, Internal Family Systems, mindfulness, Reiki, and somatically informed approaches.
